Carrot Cake

 

CARROT CAKE
 

1 Cup White Sugar
¾ cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1 teasp Bi carb in 1 tablespoon warm water
½ Teasp salt
1 teasp Baking powder
1 teasp Vanilla essence
1½ cups Plain flour
1 cup grated carrots

Beat sugar, oil and eggs together.
Add soda, water and vanilla.
Stir in flour, salt and Baking powder.
Add carrots

Bake in swiss roll tin reg 3, 160 degrees, for 30-40 minutes until light brown
